How do I book my chosen property?

Booking your chosen property is easy. Simply follow the ‘Book this Property’ link to be directed to our trusted booking agent, ClickStay.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Should you wish to change or cancel your booking then you will need to contact ClickStay directly. All our terms and conditions, plus information about any cancellation fees, can be found in ClickStay’s General Terms.

Why do I have to pay a breakage deposit?

The breakage deposit covers any potential damages that may occur to your holiday home or to the grounds during your stay. Not all holiday homes will require the payment of a deposit, but in the case of those that do this money will be controlled by ClickStay.

What is tourist tax?

Some of our properties in France request that visitors pay a tourist tax. This tax is requested by the local authorities or municipality and should be paid to the house owner in local currency upon arrival. Please note: the amount varies from country to country and may be dependent upon age.

Do you allow groups booking and youth groups in your holiday homes?

Some of our houses may not allow large groups or youth groups; if this is the case, then it will be written in the holiday home description.

The Properties

What is the maximum number of people allowed in a holiday home?

Due to the unique layout and style of our holiday homes, the maximum capacity of our homes varies. You can find information regarding the maximum number of persons allowed in your chosen home in our house information on our website. all persons in your party count regardless of age. It is strictly forbidden to put up a tent in the garden or bring caravans.

We have a pet, could we bring him with us to our villa?

Usually, only one pet is allowed in the pet friendly houses. The holiday home description will show whether pets are allowed. If you would like to bring more pets, please make sure you make this request to the owner of the property before booking.

Is linen included?

Bed linen is usually included in the cost of the property.

Is cleaning included? Do I have to clean before I check out?

In most holiday homes end of stay cleaning is included in the overall price.

In some properties you may have the option to complete end of stay cleaning yourself and thereby save money – those will be clearly marked within the property descriptions.

Will I find duvets and pillows in our holiday home?

Yes, there will always be enough duvets and pillows for the maximum number of persons allowed in the holiday home. The duvets and pillows may reflect the local style and culture so may differ from what you use at home!

We have a villa with a heated pool. Is it heated all year round?

Please contact the owner of the property with requests regarding pool heating and other amenities.
