Located at the foot of the village of Fayence and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and amenities, this is a truly pretty stone built and completely charming villa. Plenty of character, beautifully presented in excellent taste and full of Provençal style. The grounds are very private, with plenty of shaded areas to sit and relax, two shaded dining areas, one beside the pool, and plenty of sun loungers. The leafy gardens are a delight. It is located off a main road but in fact is set back and the gardens are behind the property and clients say it is idyllic. The whole property is double glazed and is quiet indoors.
It is possible to walk up to Fayence village itself – uphill all the way but well worth it as there is plenty to explore on the way up. Fayence has a market day three times a week, with an excellent supply of local produce. This is a popular villa with our clients. It is difficult to describe how lovely this villa is!
